TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Team Diego Spring Promotion is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
To qualify, the property must be listed exclusively for sale with Team Diego | Harcourts Northwest Realty during the promotional period.
The promotion is available only to clients who book or engage Team Diego directly. Listings referred, transferred or booked through another agent, team, agency, third party or referral arrangement may not qualify.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Team Diego, Harcourts or third party promotion, discount, rebate, incentive or special offer.
The 50% refund applies only to eligible marketing and staging costs agreed to and approved by Team Diego prior to the commencement of the campaign.
The maximum marketing and staging expenditure eligible for the promotion must be agreed in writing before the property is launched to market.
The property must successfully sell and settle through Team Diego for the refund to become payable.
The refund will be calculated as 50% of the eligible marketing and staging costs actually paid by the vendor, subject to any agreed limits or exclusions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional or optional expenditure outside the originally approved marketing and staging campaign is excluded from the promotion.
If the property is withdrawn from sale, the agency agreement is cancelled, the property does not sell, or settlement does not occur, no refund will be payable.
The promotion has no cash value other than the applicable refund following a qualifying sale and settlement and cannot be transferred to another person or property.
Eligibility and application of the promotion are subject to confirmation by Team Diego prior to the commencement of the marketing campaign.
