Shanti Traglia
Operations Manager
Shanti brings a world of experience to his role as Operations Manager. Born in 1990 and having lived in six different countries, he has picked up three languages fluently, a few more conversationally, and a deep appreciation for how people and cultures work. His travels through Europe, Oceania and Asia have shaped not only his perspective, but also his knack for seeing connections and finding smarter ways to get things done.
At Team Diego, Shanti is the one who keeps things moving. He loves clarity, efficiency and finding innovative ways to fine-tune systems so the whole team can thrive. His mix of focus and humour means he takes the work seriously, but never himself too seriously.
Family plays a big part in Shanti’s story. As the founder’s brother, he brings a sense of loyalty and trust that runs deeper than just the job. His commitment is personal, and it shows in the way he supports both the business and the people around him.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Shanti outdoors. He has a soft spot for horses, wide open spaces and the kind of fresh air that clears the head. Whether he’s on the move or with the team, his energy is about balance: a drive to perfect the details paired with an easygoing spirit that makes the ride enjoyable.
